Is the development of this game finished? Or is it broken?
I believe that the development of this game is unfinished.
The graphichics of this game seem to have no issue, however there game appears to be unfinished.
I was able to raise the speed level to 50, the maximum. — at this point nothing occurred.

Thirdly I was able to raise the facility level to level 10, and nothing occurred.
Apart from this there appears to be nothing else the player can do, I’m assuming at this point something would happen. — There is only one level for the player and nothing else.
