Poor quality/0 support
Played this game for a bit over a year, spent money on items and subscriptions and when I had to re install the game my character linked to my Apple account was gone, tried reaching out to support multiple times but each time you send an email it bounced back saying their inbox is full, if you reach out through discord it is all ignored. Devs are happy to take your money but have no time to fix problems

Performance & FPS options
Great idle game but could be so much better with some more performance options. Allow us to turn down the FPS, and perhaps the resolution too

Game won’t load, tried deleting and reinstalling but still won’t. I have an iPhone 13 plus so I know it’s not because of that, I don’t know if it’s because of the new region and ninjas but there’s no way for me to play this.
