Poor quality/0 support
Played this game for a bit over a year, spent money on items and subscriptions and when I had to re install the game my character linked to my Apple account was gone, tried reaching out to support multiple times but each time you send an email it bounced back saying their inbox is full, if you reach out through discord it is all ignored. Devs are happy to take your money but have no time to fix problems

Performance & FPS options
Great idle game but could be so much better with some more performance options. Allow us to turn down the FPS, and perhaps the resolution too

Game won’t load, tried deleting and reinstalling but still won’t. I have an iPhone 13 plus so I know it’s not because of that, I don’t know if it’s because of the new region and ninjas but there’s no way for me to play this.

I was playing the game but then it said an update was required but there is no update button to press

I feel like it’s too glitch and if they made a second one including all the old stuff yet maybe just retextering things and even adding a new lv cap it would attract a lot more people than an old game would. This is just a recommendation but I hope they take it into consideration

it doesnt register that i watch ads. randomly closes app while playing, pushing buttons are laggy and has a delay.

Crashing constantly and no help from support
Been crashing every few minutes after logging in, emailed support for help and got no answer at all, tried to ask help in discord and not allowed to chat in general channels. Fix ur game!!
My phone gets extremely hot
I have an iPhone 15 pro max and when i play this game and my Charakter is on a map my phone gets extremely hot and my battery drains really fast. This game is literally killing my battery health. And it’s only this game and when I play other demanding games my phone gets never so hot.

It’s decent
I like the game but, it kicks me off for no reason. I like all of the updates but I will be playing and I it will randomly kicks me off me off. it makes me really mad to where it quit the game. Please fix this!

Terrible Game
I loved the game at first. I was starting to progress pretty far through the game when I woke up one morning and my account has been banned/deleted. No idea why and no explanation given. I have tried to reach out to the devs via social media, email, etc… with no response… The thing that makes me ever madder is I’ve spent actual money on this game only for my account to be banned for no reason whatsoever. Terrible game and even worse devs. I will never be playing this game again due to how the devs are. It’s such a shame because I loved this game prior to all this happening…
