Fantastic Idea; Doesn’t Work and No Support
I’ve got a utility trailer I’m trying to make some side money with by renting out. I downloaded the Idle app, registered, and got my trailer listed. The UI and navigation are nice, easy to use. Seems well built. I was excited to use it. So, the time came, I secured my first rental. When you get a rental, you get to a point where you have to proceed with the checkout. Part of that process is attaching pictures. Not saved ones, but live pictures taken through the app. No big deal, except after the picture would take, the app would simply clock and get rid of the picture. You’re stuck on the take a picture screen with no way to proceed. I tried a dozen time. I had no way to advance the rental through the app. I tried reaching out to support, but I never heard back. Finally I deleted the app and asked to have my account closed. Haven’t heard back on that either. There’s also no way to see their contact information (that I was able to find anyhow) prior to having an active rental. I would stay away based on lack of support alone. There’s too much risk involved to not have any form of support.

I would be nice to make money
Can’t make money on here been on here a year listed 30 tools not one rental . It’s a waste of your time . Been on her for over a year not one rental !!! I don’t see that anyone else is renting out anything either . Such a dud
Need Ability to Change Location!
The app thinks I’m in the middle of Kansas when I’m in California.. no way to change on app or easily contact support. Waste of time!
