Where is the “forgot password” link?
There is no forgot password link. Can’t login.
Not staying active
The app does not stay connected so the phone is not notified when the doorbell is pushed and does not receive alarms when triggered if you don't bring up the app and refresh the door connection
App does not work
App does not stay active. Does not receive signal from door bell unless you refresh connection. If you leave app unused for a few minutes the green connect light turns back to red
It gets even worse
Go to the website and if you read Chinese probably do OK otherwise forget it
