Intermittent “network connection timed out” on both locations

I have cameras at two different locations. For the past few weeks, the app has been getting worse and drops network connections at both locations. I have another app called the guard viewer and it works perfectly fine but doesn’t have playback capabilities. Seems like the UYC’s server has an intermittent problem. I hope they fixed it soon.

all the can are offline nvr and all machines ars working but not visible on app please fix it

Crash

V2.16.1 Crash as soon as you touch the top right to start the stream update of the video of the camera.I like the App. but it does crash too much to be usable on my IPHONE 12 on IOS 15. Used to be more stable. UYC pro work better.
