White text font white background … is absolutely not intuitive or user friendly
Why someone would create an app designed for entering info then make the font white on a white background is beyond stupid, not only can I not see what I’m typing it won’t matter anyway because it can’t be read. I saw one time where I could enter my vehicles miles at purchase but I didn’t do it and now I guess that is no longer an option so tracking total miles since purchase is off the table. Finding things in this app is beyond frustrating. And watching the how too only makes it more frustrating. It seems like it could be good if more time was spent in development and testing me as for the others they see mere carbon copies with different names idk why there’s a need for any of the others just name this one for all of ‘‘em and be done with it

It’s ok - I just don’t like the fast that if you exit the app after a shift that you are required to change the roadshare partners settings over & over again - it would be better if it would save the information that you put … would definitely be a lot easier

Update took away what I liked and what I used.
It would have been 5 stars but the update took the screen at the beginning away. It’s harder to find to see what I have done for the week, year, and what happened to my mileage I’ve logged since January? I can’t find that.
Great Idea poor execution
I love the idea and the potential behind this app for uber drivers. However it is filled with flaws and some the information that the app provides is hard to understand and their are no resources to help or explain the workings of this app.
Waste of an app
If I wanted to manually enter all my data,I could create my own spread sheet. The app needs to be linked to Uber.

Good idea, bad data
Tried this app for a month to see if it would be better than my spreadsheet approach. Interface is manageable, but the data linkage is unstable. Frequently, data from one day would link to a different day, overwriting that day’s shift data. It gets confused in reporting income before and after tips so the report totals aren’t accurate. Request for support has been met with silence. Back to the spreadsheet.

Needs updating bad.
Great idea for an app. But it needs a lot of work. Super glitchy and lacks any type of appeal. Please update.
Cool idea poorly designed
The design of the app is so poorly made that it looks like someone who doesn’t know how to design a professional app. Unfortunately that makes it so I don’t want to use it. It’s a great idea but poorly executed. Bring it up to standards and I’ll redownload it.
What is going on?
3 updates in 1 week. Wake up to yourselves. This is not nice. Think about people who do not have very much data each month. They have to waste on your hopelessness.
Don’t count on this app!!
Keep your info in some other form because if you rely on this app, there’s no guarantee that it’ll be available when you go back to it. I took a break today for several hours between drives and was going back in to add a tip I had gotten between the shifts and all of my information that I entered this morning was gone! It also doesn’t do a very good job of figuring your gas mileage, so definitely keep your information somewhere else! The app also tends to close randomly so it’s not very stable. I guess you get what you pay for, but I’m so glad I was just test driving this app, so to speak, and not counting on it to hold onto my information.

You are right to be concerned, but your data is not lost When you take a break (longer than 1/2 hour), the app starts a second shift. Your original data is still there, you just did not look for it. This is so you can track you $/hr better. You can edit anything about your first shift anytime up until you start the second. You can't edit shifts while in.a shift. Please go back and look. You will see your data.

Read reviews, updated OS, took a chance & now UNINSTALLING
I just started driving with Uber (1 week) and was looking for a way to “track” everything. Because I just found this app today, I’m a week behind in my bookkeeping and needed to enter historical data.
Imagine my surprise when I tried to go back ONLY a week by clicking on add blank slots and voila nothing but a hung page.
I will be uninstalling it now.
