It’s so buggy to use, sometimes you see your info and sometimes you don’t, it’s a hit or miss on Android and IOS , come on Devs is 2024/25. Even the website is full of bugs sometimes.

Keeps saying update but no update
Every time I open up the app it says to update but when I go check for updates there are none. It won’t even let me access the app.
Update?
It’s always telling me to update the app every time I open it but there’s no update..
The app is not working
The app had an update a week ago and has not worked since. It keeps telling you to update app and when you do it takes you back to the app and it gives you a blank blue sign in page without the ability to sign in the page is blank other the the IEHP header. Don’t bother with the app it’s broken!

It’s asking for input on my Iehp card that is not on my iehp card.

IEHP app
I love this IEHP app. I was always told that I could go to IEHP.org to find information that I was looking for, and it would save me the time and long holds on the phone. I did that a few times but that even became a pain because I’m an impatient person, and got frustrated with entering my information every single time. I thought to check out to see if there were any apps for this. Here it is. After the first initial steps of entering my information, it was all rolling downhill from there. It’s so easy now especially if you use the thumbprint authentication.

Great app to save your time instead of talking on the phone. But you have to make account for each member in the family. To log in again u will need to put the member of. I wish if I can open the app just like my chart and fine me and the kids on the same account.
