Awful service

I placed an order for a birthday bouquet of flowers and chocolates to celebrate someone’s birthday. However, the chocolates were not delivered with the order. When I contacted customer service regarding the missing item, I was informed that the delivery driver had forgotten to include it. I requested a refund for the undelivered chocolates, but I was informed that they could only process a refund if the entire order was canceled and the already delivered flowers were collected back. As a result, the recipient did not receive the chocolates for their birthday, and I also did not receive any refund for the missing item.
