Quality and condition of flowers down
I’ve been using Çiçek Sepeti for several years to send flowers to my mom, which makes her very happy. I was very happy with the app, service, and the flowers for the first few years. In the last couple years, the condition of flowers that arrive is not ideal at all. I was here for the last two deliveries (just last two weeks), and the flowers are dying already and not representing the message that I’m trying to send through what’s supposed to be very beautiful and lively. I’m very disappointed and will see local direct alternatives.
