The Turkish Phone Number Requirement Should Be Clear From the Beginnin
Very disappointing and misleading checkout experience. Unlike Trendyol and Boyner, which clearly tell you from the beginning that a Turkish phone number is required, Hepsiburada lets you spend a long time browsing, adding products to your cart, and entering all your personal and payment information—only to reveal at the very last step that you need a Turkish phone number to complete the purchase.
I could have found a way around the verification, but I chose not to because I don’t respect this kind of strategy. Just be transparent from the beginning and save your customers’ time.
