Sorry for the inconvenience. Please open the app, go to Settings Tab -> Premium, then tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the screen. This should restore your Premium access if the purchase was made with the same Apple ID. After restoring, the purchase should be linked to the email used for app login and should sync with other devices where you’re logged in with the same email. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us through the app support option, and we’ll help you check it.

прежде всего спасибо за такой шикарный ux, ui и дизайн. это просто удовольствие!
1. около полугода назад я покупал премиум (на андроид), но тот телефон был потерян, хотел перенести этот премиум акк на айос, но не получилось. тут в отзывах вы сказали, чтобы я написал вам на почту; я написал (2 раза), но ответа не последовало.
2. и на счет рекламы, чтобы открыть уроки: эта фича не работает. я пробовал менять страны (Европа, США, Индия, GB), но все же реклама донт воркс..
приложение реально супер (контент, архитектура..), было бы супер, если всё-таки удастся восстановить премиум (и я поменял бы оценку).

Спасибо за отзыв и за то, что подробно описали ситуацию. Сожалеем, что возникли сложности с переносом премиум-доступа и с работой рекламы. Надеемся, предоставленный вам промокод помог решить вопрос с премиумом. Кроме того, в последних обновлениях мы добавили вход в аккаунт и синхронизацию прогресса и премиум-доступа между устройствами и платформами, чтобы пользоваться приложением на разных устройствах стало проще. С функцией открытия уроков за рекламу такое, к сожалению, возможно: в отдельных регионах или на некоторых устройствах реклама может просто не показываться.

Сожалеем, что у вас не открываются видео. Скорее всего, рекламные ролики недоступны в вашем регионе в настоящий момент - из-за этого просмотр может не запускаться и новые материалы не открываются. Попробуйте включить VPN и выбрать страну, где реклама доступна. Обычно это решает проблему.
It is impossible to cancel in the app
(There is no cancellation option in the application. During the trial registration, the application was not displayed in the subscriptions and could not be deleted.)

We’re sorry for any confusion. Please note that subscriptions on iOS are managed by users, and for privacy and security reasons, they can’t be cancelled directly inside the app. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. To make it easier, the app shows a “Manage Subscription” button in the settings once a subscription is active. Tapping it opens the subscription management screen, where you can change your plan or find instructions on how to cancel through your Apple ID settings. Alternatively, you can go directly to: Settings - Your Name - Subscriptions, then select our app.
