April 17, 2026

Minor bug fixes and improvements.

User reviews

Too many ads for testing

Hard to debug things to see if this app really works with all of the ads popping up

mac app required to use this is a virus

scanned mac app required to use this with mac on the virustotal and it's a virus that takes control of your mac and logs

Response from developer

Then that means the app called VirusTotal is the virus. My app doesn’t do anything malicious.

Works well except for eyebrows

Does not appear to track eyebrows individually, which is a problem because i need that feature for vtubing. Otherwise simple and effective.

I have good update for this

What if u guys update ifacialmocaptr to vrchat like for quest and try out the face

Response from developer

Thank you for using the app. I’m not the one developing that feature, but a user has already published a method for getting iFacialMocap to communicate with VRChat. For now, I’m not sure whether it will receive official support in the future.

Probably one of the better apps for VTubing

A lot of the 1 or 2 star reviews seem to be connection issues. Once those were ironed out on my end it’s been smooth! Even works on my iPhone SE2 surprisingly well.
