Always “Under Maintenance” so you can’t pay bills and they charge a penalty for missing the due date
I’m trying to pay bills via the app but I keep on getting a n error message saying that the app is under maintenance. I asked the admin here in Viceroy and they told me that the app isn’t under maintenance at all.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app from my phone and even restarted my phone for good measure. I am still getting the same error message!
The due date for the bills is today, September 15th and I cannot pay because the app is not working. And you will conveniently charge me a penalty for missing the due date when it is YOUR system that has the problem.
I want this fixed TODAY so I can pay my bills today.

Not working properly with Unionbank
After the latest update, It keeps giving me a blank screen after authorizing payment in Unionbank. Tried with different devices. Different wifi connections. Please fix this
