Always “Under Maintenance” so you can’t pay bills and they charge a penalty for missing the due date
I’m trying to pay bills via the app but I keep on getting a n error message saying that the app is under maintenance. I asked the admin here in Viceroy and they told me that the app isn’t under maintenance at all.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app from my phone and even restarted my phone for good measure. I am still getting the same error message!
The due date for the bills is today, September 15th and I cannot pay because the app is not working. And you will conveniently charge me a penalty for missing the due date when it is YOUR system that has the problem.
I want this fixed TODAY so I can pay my bills today.

Not working properly with Unionbank
After the latest update, It keeps giving me a blank screen after authorizing payment in Unionbank. Tried with different devices. Different wifi connections. Please fix this

It used to be very convenient for years but right now it’s not working and I can’t even recover my account with my email. Totally useless.
Great app
Great app. Seamless experience just like that in web. Few improvements could be made such as facial or thumb print recognition since app is already tied up with the mobile phone. That would make logging in smooth unlike repeatedly being asked with OTP from email when logging in. It would also be great to cache save billing info such as credit card to smoothen payment transactions. Overall, great start and looking forward for future feature improvements.
