this bank blocked 97% of my transfers for no reason
this bank blocked 97% of my transfers for no reason at one point I transferred money to my savings account in my own name and I was asked what is my relationship with this person. This bank is either two guys running a bank app in there in their mama’s spare room , but no way should any person trust this bank I have screenshot all my correspondence as proof if have no CIFS ( fraud markers ) or bad credit score my name is alwie kamaar and i work as a drone pilot

Debit card
Without debit card It's useless for me as I'm a freelancer. After receiving salary there are way to buy directly using this account unless transfer to another account. If I have have to transfer to another account to use my money why I should open account with them?

Great bank
I have had a good experiance with this bank so far. The customer service has been great, with fanstaic response times. The app has lots of features and is quite easy to navigate.
One issue I’ve faced is that whenever I try to add money from another account, I always get redirected back to the app store so the transfer never gets completed. Apart from that great bank!

Slow, complicated layout, bug with transfer
Try to transfer the money to my another account. Have selected beneficiary account and filled in every blank, when I scrolled up for a double check, the beneficiary account just turned auto-blank and cannot found the pre-registered beneficiary account from the drop down selection. I have to cancel and redo the whole process. It had happened back and forth, particularly when I tried to make future payments.
Stupid layout, slow app. I switch to iFast for better rates but the app is just annoying.
