IFC COBie Updater has been redesigned around an Excel-first IFC audit and review workflow. Audit IFC data exported from Revit, Archicad, Tekla, Vectorworks and Civil 3D. Export controlled, Revit-style Excel schedules for easier bulk review and editing. Re-import edited workbooks and review proposed changes before creating a newly named IFC. Expanded extraction for Contact, Facility, Floors, Spaces, Types, Components, Systems, classifications, attributes, manufacturer and warranty information. Added Model Audit, Excel Workbook, Change Review, Export & Verification and AI Assist workflows. Added optional on-device Apple Intelligence assistance on supported devices. Updated the interface and AI-badged branding to match the IFC Viewer app suite. Improved source-file protection, workbook validation, large-IFC performance and Excel export reliability. Fixed a range of layout, navigation and stability issues across iPhone, iPad and native macOS.
