Good and bad
My first one lasted about 4 years it broke the little tab inside broke when changing the battery to a new one
My second won’t connect and I get internet connection when I see that my internet connection is good and the app logs me out and I can’t log in it says internet connection problem and I have changed the battery to a new one but still no luck and this one I only had since December 2022
I will not get another one but I did have some good days with it

Broken App
Worked great for about 1 year then would not connect to my iFertracker device.
Tried re-downloading didn’t help.
It has now logged me out and constantly says no internet connection even though everything else on my phone works.

App won’t connect to the internet
I’m giving three stars because I’ve used this device for over 2 years and it’s worked faithfully with only a few minor kinks that I’ve been able to work out with customer service. But now, I’m unable to get anyone from customer service to assist me and the app just says that I have no internet connection and to try again later. That’s been happening now for two days. I most definitely have internet connection on my phone because I have no trouble with any other apps. If I could get someone to assist me, then my opinion would change to at least four stars, but this has caused a huge problem. For an item that’s $120+ this never should be an issue.

Won’t let me log back in
Please fix this. I have had all my data here for months tracking my period. Now it says that there’s no network connection when trying to restore my old account. When I 100% have internet connection.
Read the reviews. Don’t purchase.
I should have read the reviews entirely before making a purchase. Find another BBT tracker because this one isn’t worth it.
1. A 12 character password is a joke. There should be a higher maximum for password creation. You cannot make a meaningful pass phrase with only 12 characters.
2. I have been using this product for 4 days and already have a low battery notification. If you have to buy a battery weekly it isn’t worth it.
3. This app is NOT good for irregular periods despite anything it might claim. I was 4 months postpartum when I bought this and didn’t have my period yet and it wouldn’t let me use the app at all without entering a “last period” date. Was a women even consulted when this device and app were created?

Love it!!! Needs bug fixes desperately!!!!
I love this device and app how ever they should allow for editing of your complete cycle considering FAM folk want to keep record of LH testing and log proper ovulation. With this being said I know I ovulated later last month and I can’t seem to edit its misinformation.
March cd 1 February 25
Ovulation cd 19 march 14
Next cd 1 was march 28
That would mean last cycle it was a 32 day cycle not 28 which is what you app seems to think everyone is on for cycles not every woman has a 28 day cycle and no cycle is the same amount of days so please fix this or I will forced to send back all of your products just saying it’s sad when Premom has you beat with a bbt and lh chart to track both you should really consider doing the same

Worked for 2 days
Will not record temperature when I open app in the morning. Only connects and that’s all.
Horrible app
How do you read your iFertracker if the app doesn’t even work right? Cannot even add in last period date. It just keeps asking for data no matter what you submit
Account Issue
Can’t proceed with app usage without creating an account; however, the app won’t allow me to enter a password to create an account. Rendering a 130 dollar piece of technology useless. Your developers should be ashamed. Account creation, or at least the ability to circumvent account creation, is incredibly basic.

Doesn’t work
The app opens but I’m not able to add the date for my cycle. It doesn’t matter what date you put in.
Don’t bother buying
Awful for people with pcos, don’t waste your money, app is so basic compared to other apps, I had a partial refund as it wasn’t suitable for pcos and the then the device stopped working conveniently. Think I would rather use my money towards actually treatment than this device. If you live in the UK don’t order as you get slapped with custom charges every time. £40 the first time for device and £27 the next just for patches so really not Worth buying! I’ve never had custom Charges before on anything but this company it’s every time. Please listen to the reviews of how crap it is. The website reviews are a load of bull! Don’t even think they are real people, I left a review didn’t go on there. Save your money guys! Didn’t even deserve 1*

Not great
When setting up it asked me for when my last period started which was in January but it did not let me go that far back to log it.
One big issue.
As far as bbt temp tracking, the iFertracker itself is great. I got it and this app because we have struggled to conceive and keep a pregnancy. My last miscarriage has messed up my cycles, and on top of that I have PCOS. I understood iFertracker was designed for women with irregular periods, but this app literally won’t let me do anything unless I log my period, which was so long ago that it’s calendar won’t let me. I’m disappointed and frustrated and feel like I wasted my money.

Doesn't sync to Apple health anymore
Would add another star if this is fixed.
App bugs fixed after this update
The product works well. It even alerts you when a temperature spike is suggestive of ovulation. The display of data is user friendly and easy to interpret
New version-Update
This new version is abhorrent. The application closes out automatically within seconds of opening. Also, it refuses to pull my data for 'unknown' reasons. When they switched to the new versions, I lost 4 days of data in my chart & of course you cannot amend the temperature data points.
The old version I utilized just a mere 3 days ago, was great. It read my data. It would stay open longer than 3.0 seconds. In short, the old one worked.
This new version is a piece. After spending so much money on the tracker, it's upsetting to have the new application version just not work.
**UPDATE**
I see about 3 hours ago the app was updated again. And, much to my dismay still does not work -- continuously closes automatically upon opening. Im excited for the new version if it would just work. 😒

Device performs basic function but app needs work
Phone/tablet app: ***First off, it seems as if people are confusing the two apps/products. This app is to be used with the iFertracker device, which is to track body basal temperature as used in fertility purposes. There is another app that is supposed to be used with the iThermometer device. Some reviews are giving poor scores based on trying to use the WRONG device with this app.*** I have an iPhone 6 and I downloaded the app ahead of using the iFertracker so I wouldn't have a delay in syncing. The app feels very archaic and clumsy. There are many spelling errors and the prompts include very 'jerky' or broken English. This product and app were both developed in Japan so I can somewhat understand. But if you're going to market a product to English speakers, it would be wise to consult someone who speaks the language pretty well. There is no way that I am able to find to change between US and metric measurements for weight and height so I would have to google that info first and THEN enter it. I was concerned at first due to this, that there was no way to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit for bbt tracking but thankfully I did find this and was able to switch easily. You are able to record intercourse, alcohol intake, ovulation pain, disrupted sleep, only 3 types of cervical mucous when there are regularly about 5, emotions (16 to choose from), ovulation testing, pregnancy testing and symptoms (16 to choose from)..none of these are quantifiable or user editable. I would like to see updates that would allow these to be editable or maybe a sliding scale from mild to severe, similar to Fertility Friend, Glow or iPeriod and many other apps. Also there are places to record your daily weight (again, only in metric units) and medicine taken or any illness for that day. When you remove the iFertracker to sync, all you need to do is open the app and place the iFertrackeron top of your screen. When it is complete, a bubble will pop up with the recorded bbt. It's extremely simple.
Currently, I am only using this device to record my bbts because due to sleep schedule, I have a hard time getting a consistent result. I've only used the iFertracker two nights and I think it works well, so far. My temps are much more consistent than with traditional bbt thermometers, in which you have to wake up at the same time to temp, without moving very much and only after a complete 4 hour uninterrupted stretch of sleep. I have just been inputting the temp result into one of the apps I mentioned above which are much more comprehensive across the board at tracking all fertility factors and anything that may have an affect on your menstrual cycles. I hope that Raiing reads these reviews and follows up with updates to their app at minimum. I really do appreciate the product because I haven't seen anything else like it so far as this is the first all night wearable bbt thermometer. I would like to update my review as changes/improvements are made. If I'm solely reviewing the app here and not the device itself, I'd have to only give two stars. There needs to be much improvement.

Not working with Raiing Wireless Thermostat
I purchased the Raiing Wireless Thermostat but it's not connecting with this app. The only app it works with is Vitals Monitor. I purchased because of ifertracker.
No longer connecting to iThermonitor
This app used to be pretty good and unique in its interaction with the iThermonitor Bluetooth smart thermometer, but recently it will not connect to the device, even though it's sister app iTermonitor will. Hoping for a quick fix for this.
