Doesn’t let me connect the devise to the app….
So bad, unstable, and dangerous to other equipment
This app is completely unstable and practically useless. I can’t get it to update my Zen Blue 3 from IOS for anything. And worse, for some reason it wants to connect to equipment that has NOTHING at all to do with IFI like my Cambridge Audio Melomania P100 headphones. And when I accidentally selected them out of the connect menu it totally destroyed the functionality of the headphones. Immediately and I mean immediately afterwards the headphones refused to charge and wouldn’t power off after only a few minutes. These headphones were less than a week old. I had to send them back for a warranty repair. This company has so much potential but then puts out unfinished crap like this. I’ll never buy anything from IFI again. Ever.

Won’t see the Zen Air Blue at all
Useless.
Only works on iPad
Very clunky - plus I could only get it to work on my iPad, not iPhone or Mac. Did get there in the end, but the process needs serious work.

I would say it’s worthless but it takes up space on your phone so technically it is less than worthless.

Wow, connected to the device in Settings, but does this app pull it up? Nope. But it does pull up 10 other things most of which I have no idea what they are and it won’t connect to anything.
Connects to everything BUT the ifi zen blue v2
Waste of time. I did everything under the sun to get this to connect. No excuses.
Not for apple products
When you have Apple devices this thing is a useless crap. Their support is ridiculous. Sound is breaking up and I cannot update firmware from any apple device. Tried to use bluestacks to install apk and but of course it won’t work. Under iOS you can only download apk files which obviously do not work on any apple product. Never again

Please fix your app!
I can not upgrade my Device. It should be the absolut basic to have a decent application for upgrading the firmware of your devices.. Especially when there is no other way to do that.

The app simply won’t recognise the iFi device, whether the iOS device is connected to it or not. Don’t waste your time with this …
Not doing the basics.
You download an app built to upgrade iFi firmware and it doesn’t pick up your iFi device. How can it not pick up my Zen Blue - when it’s connected to iPhone, but pick up 2 non iFi devices which are not?
