Finally app has been updated and is now working on iphones.
after raising multiple query at Nic portal
I like many others was not able to use this app on ios platform causing inconvenience in accessing payroll services. I raised a ticket on NIC portal and now finally after multiple communications, issue is resolved. kindly keep this app updated
App not working
Unable to log in with valid id and password. A flash message occur that shows update. But unable to update and login either. Currently using this app on i phone.

The iOS version of the app is extremely bad. On update dialog it takes to google play store. Cannot get past the welcome page.

The app is not working on iPhone. It doesn’t login and says invalid credentials. If we go to reset option it takes us to a blank white screen. It prompts to update the app but when you click to update it takes to google playstore. iPhone cannot be updated on the Google playstore. Please rectify the issue.

From the past few months, the app is not working on IPhone.
The app keeps asking for the password and doesn’t respond the login.

When starting the app, update button appeared.
When clicked the update button it led to playstore.
