Buggy and unreliable app
The app is still buggy and poorly QA’d. It’s a typical low quality afterthought corporate enterprise app, which functions like a beta product, causing significant ongoing frustrations for users in our organisation, and slow resolution of reported issues with the app.
The app feels like it was developed for the sole purpose of ticking a box on the sales flyer that says they have an iOS app, rather than making a quality product which improves efficiency.
