Really that bad

Warning:

MY PHONE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. COME ON.

Loses data constantly

I’m part of a company of approximately 130 people and weekly we have approximately 20-30 with time entry issues WEEKLY. It’s due largely to

“Optimistic” errors - if there is a project multiple people are putting time in for - it locks up - only one person can do their time - at a time. This causes for the end user to lose their entry - but it doesn’t have a warning to re-enter time - sometimes the warning takes a minute or two to pop up and will delete 2-3 days worth of time causing you to re enter.

AM/PM easily overlooked - it’s not intuitive like workday or almost any other system I’ve used is. It sometimes just defaults to the wrong thing and most people don’t catch it till they’re called out by accounting

Just random service orders crashing

Getting no connection issues despite having a solid internet connection.

I’ve even asked about this program to chat GPT and even that says it’s a widely disliked system.

If I could give less than one star I would.

Rubbish app

This app is an absolute disaster. From the moment I downloaded it, it has been nothing but frustration. It crashes constantly—sometimes within seconds of opening it—and half the time it won’t even load past the splash screen. When it does manage to open, it lags horribly and freezes with every tap, making it completely unusable. I’ve tried reinstalling it multiple times and even updated my phone’s software, but nothing helps. Clearly, no effort has gone into stability or performance.

What’s even worse is the total lack of support. I reached out to the developers through the app and their website, and never received a single response. Judging by the other recent reviews, I’m not the only one having these problems, and it’s clear they don’t care to fix them. This app feels like it was thrown together and abandoned, and I honestly regret wasting my time on it. Save yourself the trouble and look for an alternative.

Labor waste

Recently they did a software change. It used to utilize facial recognition to open now it logs out after about an hour. It now takes 4 or 5 try’s to open app. I have clear it, swipe off screen. It keeps wanting to have me go to a portal and log in. So I shut it down, clear it and try again. What a joke in today’s tech world. They think someone’s gonna break into my phone and clock me on or off. Please! I beg of you, change back.
