Worst productivity application
No matter what time of the day, week or year. This company will not update or upgrade this application. Losses connections all day. Unable to attach files. Latest IOS update made it useless as no private activities can be opened.

Loses data constantly
I’m part of a company of approximately 130 people and weekly we have approximately 20-30 with time entry issues WEEKLY. It’s due largely to
“Optimistic” errors - if there is a project multiple people are putting time in for - it locks up - only one person can do their time - at a time. This causes for the end user to lose their entry - but it doesn’t have a warning to re-enter time - sometimes the warning takes a minute or two to pop up and will delete 2-3 days worth of time causing you to re enter.
AM/PM easily overlooked - it’s not intuitive like workday or almost any other system I’ve used is. It sometimes just defaults to the wrong thing and most people don’t catch it till they’re called out by accounting

I’ve even asked about this program to chat GPT and even that says it’s a widely disliked system.
If I could give less than one star I would.

Rubbish app
This app is an absolute disaster. From the moment I downloaded it, it has been nothing but frustration. It crashes constantly—sometimes within seconds of opening it—and half the time it won’t even load past the splash screen. When it does manage to open, it lags horribly and freezes with every tap, making it completely unusable. I’ve tried reinstalling it multiple times and even updated my phone’s software, but nothing helps. Clearly, no effort has gone into stability or performance.
What’s even worse is the total lack of support. I reached out to the developers through the app and their website, and never received a single response. Judging by the other recent reviews, I’m not the only one having these problems, and it’s clear they don’t care to fix them. This app feels like it was thrown together and abandoned, and I honestly regret wasting my time on it. Save yourself the trouble and look for an alternative.

Labor waste
Recently they did a software change. It used to utilize facial recognition to open now it logs out after about an hour. It now takes 4 or 5 try’s to open app. I have clear it, swipe off screen. It keeps wanting to have me go to a portal and log in. So I shut it down, clear it and try again. What a joke in today’s tech world. They think someone’s gonna break into my phone and clock me on or off. Please! I beg of you, change back.

This app plays up as much as an ADHD kid at day care. To any companies looking for a logistics/scheduling app; this ain’t it. The app crashes more than a bull in a China shop.

CONSTANT BREAKDOWNS
This app literally crashes or gives me problems every time I use it. Not to mention I DO NOT GET PAID IF I CANNOT FILL MY TIME SHEET OUT…… so this interferes with my life obviously and of course it has to be difficult because a 1st grader designed the app. How is it hard to make a good app? Anything beats this.

Loses information, enters random information on its own. Causes you to do the same thing over and over again. I’m experiencing the same issues other reviewers wrote about nearly a decade ago. This company doesn’t care to fix and improve the product. It’s now a running joke in our company, anything that goes wrong with it just shrug and say one star. Its how we make it through the day with this horrible program.

Why does it beep repeatedly after logging in
Several seconds after logging in the app beeps loudly and repeatedly. As far as I can tell there is NO option in the app nor in iPhone 13 settings to disable this! It’s super annoying this did not happen when I used my iPhone 6S.
Junk, garbage, useless
Our company switched to this dispatch software. It crashes constantly, not letting me log back in. Notes on job are hidden deep in program instead of being on top screen. End times default to 12:00am on app so you need to figure times for job in head when you go to log into next job. The government should replace water boarding with this program. This is torture to work with. Deserves negative star rating

Company makes us use. Someone got back door paid, or sold someone a load of smoke. Have to regularly reload to get past glitches preventing app use.
