Terrible platform

The graphics are fairly but the commission and ‘games’ are awful. Trade disappearing / screen freezes and hits ones stop loss immediately before one can react. IG is corrupt in my experience - no altruism.

iPad issue

Brilliant but currently broke. Since an upgrade in the summer the iPad version does not show my current positions so I can’t trade with this version. The iPhone version seems fine as does the Web version.

Can’t change language in app

I’m English. I live in France. This doesn’t mean I speak or read French well. In the course of setting up my account it asks where you live. I answered France and now the app assumes I’m French. I cannot find a way to change it. Searching in app support gives no answer. Useless to me so deleting.

Still does not work since last app update

This app no longer works on my iPad Os 26.6.1 since the last update, when I open the app the only option displayed is “account,” markets,trades, explore are all missing.
