Lost all my watchlists and my account fund continues to show two different figures depending on the day of the week. Worst than that, customer services continue not to respond through what’s app. I’m

Missing funds
I usually have a good experience with this app but funds I transferred from my bank account have been missing for a week, having not landed in my ISA yet- talking to a bot and not a person is hugely frustrating so I’m hoping a review gets the right attention to solve the problem. Such a shame because I’ve had great experience with the app so far.

Does not work on IPad
Part of menu missing which means I am unable to see my trades / positions or trade. Works on iPhone 🤷♂️🤷♂️
APP DOES NOT WORK
Unable to view share dealing account platform on app, no option to access holdings, I see other people are complaining also, sort this bug out quickly or you will lose a lot of customers, only way to view share holdings is by not using the app and signing in via website. People should not have to spend ages trying to get through to your help desk, just fix the problem, or reinstate the old app.

From Great to Poor
The old app version prior to July 2026 was fantastic. I made >2000 trades last year and loved it. The new version does not allow ‘edit book cost’ and it’s not easy to view your number of shares held. I’ll be moving up another platform asap

The service is really bad. Every time has wait on average 25 minutes plus to answer phone calls and missing shares.

IG is a Scam Platform. You can only LOSE all your money in IG
As soon as you open a position, price will go against you until you reach margin call and get force closed on everything. No matter if it’s index or FX or commodities. IG trading system is to work against users/traders.

Avoid new app
I am now unable to access trading platform. App opens on my account page I am unable to see live updates on my account or trade in any way. AI Chat Bot gave up and asked if I would like to contact a Human? I replied I would like to contact a Human and I am still waiting for human contact. I have an ISA account so may be looking to change providers in order to carry on future trading. Not so sure about all the questions asked by AI Bot would be very useful info for a Scammer. Very concerning when no further contact occurs after supplying such info.

cannot see daily/weekly changes in values
You cannot see whether your account went up or down since the previous day or week. very limited visibility.

Awful take on
Waited weeks for my tax details to be reviewed. Painful to speak to help desk as want to use AI which just goes around in circles. Definitely better options out there.
Worst app in the world
This has to be the most complicated, un-user friendly app I have ever used for finance. Invest Engine is so much easier to understand and use.

Terrible Support
I’m glad I don’t have any money invested yet. The account registration process has been painful. The help and support package simply refers you to an AI bot or WhatsApp (also an AI) who can’t respond to queries and gets stuck in a loop meaning unless the ai closes the chat it remains open without any way to contact anyone.

Almost no human support at all considering what an established app. Been in a loop with their chatbot on the app and WhatsApp. What a terrible experience.
