Lost all functionality after update
After updating app I can no longer see individual investments or make trades!
New update is really bad
New updated app is worse than it used to be. The 24hrs shares are not showing up to date percentage after midnight. Some of them are frozen and not showing current price after market is closed. When making order of selling shares you can’t see how many shares you have. If this will be not resolved I’m moving to another broker.

New Upgrade is Pants
The previous version of the App was pretty good. This new look version is not user friendly. Too many doors & the graphics are horrendous. Simply put it is not a child grade App designed specifically for pre-school children. I’m not using it if possible. My advice? Stick to using IG on your PC. Great company but terrible design team.

Widgets not working
Any chance you can fix the widgets? Not showing any information. iOS 26.6.1
Buggy with no suppport
The app has been showing wildly inaccurate balances, and no ability to view active positions, for four days now. I contacted their pathetic excuse for 'customer support' about it days ago and have heard nothing from them (other than an auto-response saying they're busy).
I've deleted and re-installed the app several times and it has made no difference.

Latest update killed it
Version 10.3570 doesn't work on my iPads (ve 26.6.1).

Broken charts
The charts with IG no longer can show current position or orders. In fact the only place it is possible to see either is on the positions overview screen as an afterthought.
I have spent over a week trying to resolve this with tech, finally I was told this is an upgraded feature. Either that is rediculous or it was extremely insulting. I will be transferring out as soon as current loss is minimised.

Useless
Utterly useless since transition to new underlying platform. Missing positions and unable to trade.

It is a really poor app
Constantly logs out. The UI is incredibly basic and lacks most of the useful features you’ll find on other platforms.
They ruined this app the upgrade
Nothing seems to work anymore since the update. Login and Face ID does not work. If you goto enable faceid in the settings it’s errors that you need to switch in remember login details when it already is switched on
Brilliant
Have been using IG for over 14 years now and frankly they are the best. Clear and friendly interface on the app and website backed up by real human support when needed.
Most Unreliable Customer support
When the app glitches impact the log in, customer care simply abandon their customers. Neither they respond on chat lines nor on phone. No responsibility taken for the impacted live positions. It’s a pity, they don’t even apologise or acknowledge their downtime impacting hundreds of thousands of customers in prime time.

Ok but could be so much better. Customer services know nothing about products. The margin call is illogical. The weekend oil is farcical for spread. The app is very flaky. So much better 25 years ago. Way more professional
