IG have now withheld my funds for over 3 months with no explanation and no contact. Terrible outfit to trade with

A good platform for what i need which is a uk and usa trading account and also have a s&s isa with them.
Currency transfers seem expensive and also the USA trading costs on low value shares.

App not working on IPad after lates updates
The app no longer works on my iPad after update and transfer to new platform. Unable to see or undertake trades. App works on iPhone. Have tried to contact IG by WhatsApp , email and tele but no responses. Even after 3 weeks. Totally appalling service. No mind going to close account and move elsewhere.

Can we please fix the trade history on a SIPP so it shows in date order?
The trade history does not show in date order, why would you want it in any other order? Your technical team need to look at this again as they are wrong!

Stuck account levels
The app is really poor nowadays. Used to get smooth price updates, now remains stuck for hours only update if turn it off and on again. Not good enough!

No support, no referral bonus
Signed up using a referral code and completed all the steps.
No bonus was accredited.
Trying using WhatsApp - they’ve seen my messages with the blue tick but no replies for days now.
Tried call left on hold for 30 mins and no answer.
Tried emailing and no reply over a week.
Not sure I can trust a company I can’t reach out to. Save yourself the hassle use another platform.

App Faulty
The app worked fine for a while, now the funds dashboard is glitchy showing incorrect numbers for a while.

Been using it now for a couple of years. simple and quick trading platform for experience traders all the information you need in one place
Constantly logs out
Had an issue after a recent update with the App constantly logging out. Thought it was a problem my end and had some dialogue with the developers. Problem not resolved and eventually gave up as a waste of time. Seeing some of the reviews now, it’s clearly a problem of the developers making. Hopefully leaving a 1* review might encourage them to try harder to fix it.

Very limited
Very limited support via any customer support channel. Non responsive on email, call centre has no tools or ability to solve an issue. IG platform is to take your money and provide zero support
No communication
They use an AI chatbot for communicating, but the chat bot dosen’t respond to any questions you ask
Great fees but awful app
I moved from HL and ii dies to their extortionate fees if your not actively managing but just want to hold stocks. The move wasn’t smooth because of ii and HL but we made it eventually, I have a portfolio worth £2m so it’s not small. I like IG but the app is not good. It’s up to date by the second but navigation is a PITA!!!

I don’t like having to trade on exchange. The quicker you can make a trade, the better. On exchange is too slow.
I would like to be able to see how many shares I have when I am trading.
I would like to be able to order companies on my list as I choose.
I would like to be able to flick through charts of companies I hold or follow by flicking sideways (iPhone) without having to return to menu each time.
I would like to be able to access records of individual companies on trade history.

Lost all my watchlists and my account fund continues to show two different figures depending on the day of the week. Worst than that, customer services continue not to respond through what’s app. I’m
