I can no longer use Apple Pay to top up my card. Previously I could do this.

Re-registering doesn’t work
I’ve spent hours trying to get my new phone to work with this terrible app. Whoever built it should be ashamed, it’s that’s bad.
You cannot get the app to work with a new phone unless you have a Doctorate in working with terrible apps.
If I had any option to use another app I would, but we cannot book tee times without it.

What has happened to the booking UI?
It’s almost impossible to book now using the new UI- calendar button not accessible, entering player details illegible. This was great before- what has happened?
Performance is terrible
The most recent app update has caused the performance of booking of tee times to be so bad the app hangs. Really needs to be sorted out

Not fit for purpose in its present form! Edit/clock/weather not in view in portrait view, not easy to use when doing a prompt time based booking.
WHAT’S GOING WRONG?
The app has worked well until 20 Nov 2024 when inexplicably it stopped working on my iPhone.
A delete and reload has resulted in a mostly working system but messaging is chaotic, with random symbols and strange hieroglyphic patterns appearing in place of words.
Presumably it will be fixed sometime, but until then it’s a 1-star product.

Can’t Connect
Have used the app for a few years now. Has been reliable and does the job. Now all of a sudden can’t connect and won’t load the data.
Messages!
I really like the IG app and it’s my go to place for booking etc. My only complaint is the messaging, the icon indicating a message is small and often missed, could it be made more obvious or linked to an email alert?

Was happy enough with this app but not happy enough to pay a 50% increase for the few extra benefits that you get from annual subscription fee.
Frustrating
Perhaps the most frustrating app in the world. So many bugs and no effort made to correct them.

The app asks me to contact ig via my club website. Why can’t I access it directly as previously?

Everything works well as intended after using for 1+ years
No exit!!
Despite users raising the issue of their not being an option to exit the screen, it has not been resolved. Most often this happens after taking … option to add competitions to Apple Calendar. Have to reboot IPhone 15 Pro each and every time.
Bug in new version?
Been using this for a few years but there now seems to be a bug and matches do not show, even though I have just renewed the subscription.
I also get a strange message saying ‘Check your Network Connection’ even though it is fine. Other club members seem to have the issue

Can’t subscribe
After trying multiple times it still won’t let me purchase the premium subscription. Just stays on the same screen. Can you rectify please
