What?

I spent $2.99 to download app and then all the main features you have to upgrade to a subscription to open. The basic app doesn’t do anything.

Nothing work, broken app and you never get money back, no service, and I don't understand how Apple didn't kill this app from the Apple Store.

How can I get my money back, does nothing complete waste of money.
Wasted time keying in all my players said saved then when I went back in nothing there.
