Too many bugs

The ui isnt easy to use. It feels like a bad web page instead of an iPhone app. The features don’t work. Buttons are too small and hard to press. It constantly loses sync with the hardware.

App is total trash
Always drops out and when it does work it won’t show progress or even show my history of brews
Total waste of time.
Best to just keep an eye on the unit itself

Still can’t log in, contacted support and someone was supposed to get back to me. No point in master unlocking if I can’t use the app.

Can’t log in

I have installed, uninstalled reinstalled etc. says I’m logged in on another device. Support was unhelpful and provided no solution despite me trying to help problem solve. Shame, the product itself a seems fine, just can’t use a major feature of it
