Can’t log in

I have installed, uninstalled reinstalled etc. says I’m logged in on another device. Support was unhelpful and provided no solution despite me trying to help problem solve. Shame, the product itself a seems fine, just can’t use a major feature of it

Really nice… but

I really like the app, and I love the S1 itself. However in a future app update, I think it should tell me exactly where exactly the brewing process is, and how close until it is ready to pour and enjoy.
