Bad UI with payment issues
After selecting movies, seats and you want to make the payment it keeps failing not allowing to move to the next screen post adding credit card details. This is even so trying different cards. At this, they should just have an
option for Apple Pay. If there is an option for Apple Pay, definitely do not see it.

Really bad!! Don’t bother downloading 🤡🤦♂️
You’re logged in, authenticated, on your personal device.. but this cretinous app won’t even let you check the tickets you purchased without first entering your phone number and credit card number all over again, even though that information is held in your profile already 🤡

Terrible system. Cant login and cannot retrieve forgotten password. Cant reregister as well since number is stuck in the system. Gave up and deleted it.
Not working
Always says error at payment stage regardless of payment options. If you want to keep the business alive, you have to fix your systems.
Abysmally Disappointing
How is it that a theatre chain that has a virtual monopoly in Singapore, that makes money handover face, that sells the most expensive theatre food, and continuously raises ticket prices, not even have a very basic, a very simple working app that can book tickets without crashing eight times??? is there no shame? Is there an end to the greed? Monopoly can only breed mediocrity.

Why is terrible because this apps can’t update still using system need to login old password users phone number i keep trying login old account form my phone number or i click forget password still It doesn't work. Most of the seat are empty. Make it cheaper and let more people come see movies. Will be more fun.
Useless app
If zero star can be given, I will gladly do that. Can’t even get tickets. Unable to recognise Apple Pay and google pay and tickets get locked instead of releasing back to system for selection.
Let’s be real this app looks like it was designed in 2018
It’s 2024 and this app has the UI of a 2018 app. I recently watched a movie in the US and their app is notches better than this. It’s almost unusable. If you are ordering tickets online you better fall back to your email confirmations. Please refresh your app.

Why does your app keep logging out?! And then I have to search for my booking every time I login and add it back!!

Pls kindly do something with your App
Cant use applepay and took forever to load using credit card at payment page. In the end had to rush down and left with undesired seats
Laggy and slow
Pls work on your app. It’s so slow, and can’t return to previous menu. At times even payment is an issue.

Have always struggled with this app from day one. Apple Pay doesn’t work. Log in is clunky and terrible experience. And even on the initial boot of the app at the start screen struggles to load.

In 2024 you’d expect a big cinema company’s online products to be a lot better than what it is currently offering. Why am I paying $2 convenience fee even though I wasted 15 min waiting for the app AND site to load. Please take a portion of your profits and hire better developers.
