Unable to login
Generally works fine but since few days it keeps showing error- oops! Something went wrong!, I have not been able to login
Broken
Bought a Viu Premium subscription. Took my money quickly. Cannot activate. Instructions to activate boil down to click SingTel logo and activate. Huh?! Cannot login to app. Phone OTP. Email OTP. Still fails. No human support and no useful help articles or chat bot. Beware!
It always stop playing after a few mins
I cast on to my TV but every few minutes it will jump out from the stream . I tried reinstalling but no help
Kicks you back to home page while watching
Has this weird habit of kicking me out of whatever I’m watching on Apple TV. I don’t get it. I’m not touching my remote. Halfway through watching F1, the Home Screen pops up as though I’ve hit the back button or smth.
Terrible app!
So frustrating using it. Quite often I can log in using the link tv. You’ll be watching Tv and it will routinely come out of the channel and you have to go back in. Really frustrating
