Utterly useless service
The app is ok - the internet service is almost like a dial up from the 1990’s.

Terribly slow app, slow service
The app doesn't have the support features I need, so I have to talk to a customer agent (after persuading the unhelpful AI chat bot). Every time I load the chat it is super slow to load. And the agent takes 5-30+ minutes to reply. Awful service, I'm leaving.
Can’t process credit card payment for my bill
Error message is useless and not informative.
Bring Back the Old App
I’m really frustrated with the recent changes to the app. It used to be simple and easy to use, but now everything feels confusing and unclear. Family accounts are supposed to include multiple people, so it doesn’t make sense that only the main account holder can make changes. If a family member accidentally purchases duplicate add-ons, there’s no way for anyone else to fix it. This new setup makes it much harder to manage our family’s subscriptions and add-ons. Please reconsider these changes or allow all family members to help manage the account.

Terrible App
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used especially from supposed blue chip type company as Singtel. Constant updates. Couldn’t pay bills using the app for days at a time. Just overall bad.
