Great service, Horrid app
The app is very slow to load and clunky to navigate. The service is very good value though- highly recommend
Can’t use at all
It keep telling me to update new version but there is nothing for me to update and I can’t use the app at all!
Buggy app
If you don’t update the app before travelling you can be in trouble. Arriving in Australia it said I needed to update the app before using but you can only update the app in Singapore. So I am stuck with no mobile service until I get back
A bad app
Cannot even cancel the line keeps showing error. Live chat says need to wait 30 mins. Been waiting for more than 1 hour. Really bad service overall. Avoid this service if you like a peace of mind.
Doesn't work
Doesn't work still say maintenance. Oh well on to another app to pay for data.
