The app is great but the test kit is something else . The Extraction reagent tubes are ALL completely dry except 1 . That’s the one I am going to use right now .

Very helpful and information provided in detail on how to use and results. It had been a while since I had used a Covid test and could not remember what I was looking for so when I downloaded the app off the side of the box and after going through the app, we had no more questions and knew exactly what to do and what to look for. I would highly recommend this app to anyone. Even if you know what to do this allows you to add your family and track any results and tests.

Illume Covid test kit does not work
We received a newer version of the Covid test which appears to need a phone app to get results. It does not work. The app on phone is instructions for the older test kits of several years ago. The linkage on the box takes one to a Chinese online gambling site. The 888 telephone number does not work. The web page for the company tries to sell books about peptides and asks for credit card information and then I explicitly took me to the web page for the LA times

Why in the world does this need an app with a log in. I get the app, you want to show videos in a specific order. (Though a piece of paper would have been better) But why in the world does you need my email?

SO EASY!!!
This app is so good that I’m only going to use these tests in the future whenever I have a choice. They have it setup where they have a very short, clear video for each step. When you’re done with that step, you have to click to get to the next step. That ensures there’s not a long video so that a person won’t accidentally skip a step or get lost in the video. I highly recommend this version/brand of test and using this app! Plus they enable you to report to the CDC and to email your result to somebody, like your doctor!
