HORRIBLE APP

This app is terrible. You will only see half of whet is on the page and that is if it loads properly. YOU CANNOT MAKE EDITS once you put in the information. If you choose to do so must signin on a browser and IF you are lucky you can get in. Their chat bot is a useless bot as well as customer service within the app. I say forego this experience an do Ancestry.

Auto renewal w/o warning

I never knowingly signed up for any auto renew. This is very scam like to me. Convenient that they don’t warn you you’re about to have a charge and yet there’s no refund so they’re basically stealing money from you for a service I did not want or need.
Once I got the initial info I did not need their services anymore, they just want you to pay more and more for more info about my genes

Removing features isn’t cool

It’s not great when these guys remove features I used to have access to just so they can charge me for it again.
