Lost readings
It lost all my readings. I tried to login and reset password nothing but black screen.
App Stopped Working
This happened again!!!! I can’t get in to the app again. Got error: acct deleted. Try to add but says acct already exist. What do I do now?
Today out of nowhere this app that goes with my glucose monitor stopped working. I tried looking for an update, then deleted an added again. Then I had to do forgot password. That takes me an iHealth website where I had to register and provide personal info but I still cannot get iGluco app to work.
I have been very happy with it over the last 5 months.
I tried to report a problem and apparently that doesn’t work because it’s a free app; not. I paid more for the monitor because it had an app.

Manual input
Manual input takes a long time, not user friendly if you don’t have a testing device that can connect and unfortunately the Veterans Administration only provides older ones.

Good app I would recommend BUT the ads in the center of the page constantly auto scrolling FAST! I would seriously stop using it but i need it to use the glucose monitor.
Next month I’m going to buy another monitor because I can’t focus on what is important and why I bought the app. I seriously have to put a notebook over half the screen to focus on the results.
It’s ridiculous.

Update: stop asking for so many reviews it’s really annoying!!!
It’s crashed, sometimes takes a significant time to update and it consumes a lot of the battery charge if you leave the app open

Intrusive
The app’s CONTINUED insistence on reviews after EVERY. SINGLE. SAMPLE. is intrusive, and frankly detrimental to continued use and thus continued monitoring. Absolutely overshadows any actual use the app gives.
