This has to be the most unreliable app Wildly inaccurate pulse readings. Just a waste.

I have paid for a year of this and it was such a waste of money. Every time I do the health check it comes up with exactly the same results. It says I'm stressed. Even though I left my job that stresses me and I now have a job that doesn't stress me.
It says my energy is nearly 100% well I am 63 years old so I don't think it is!
So I don't think this app is legit . Do not waste your money.

I clicked $5 one month trial but was then charged $59 annual subscription. It does not measure blood pressure. Just heart rate. Complete scam

Very inaccurate compared to wearable

Heart rate is pretty accurate if you’re in a quite still place respiratory rate isn’t I advice counting how many times your chest rises manually mine on this app stays at like 25/29 when I do it my self it’s like 14/17.
