Love the Mobile App
The mobile app is so easy to navigate and the IH representatives are only a phone call away to assist if there are questions.
The new update made it worse
Whoever updated this app, please seek new employment or a new job. Now I can’t go into and control my debit card like locking it and I can’t even transfer money because the new update deleted my account that was attached to my IH account. Huge shoutout to whoever updated the app, seek a new career

I love being able to check my account without having to call the bank and being able to see what is in the account and what I actually have availed to avoid possibly overdraft if my account

Online mobile banking
It’s getting easier to work with… With the old app I had the names already in and knew how to transfer money to… Found it very hard and confusing having to re-add those names… in fact, had to visit the institution several times to get it straightened out, but once I did, it’s all good… I found the staff at the locations that I went to were helpful and friendly except for one particular person at the branch by South Park in Moline that seemed aggravated and very impatient… made me feel really stupid… As an older person doing something new is hard and she definitely did not make it any better… I don’t believe I will go back to that location at all even though it’s pretty close to my home… Other than that, though it’s getting better and better the more I explore my options…

App update
The new app update is not a value add at all. The UX is pretty clunky as it seems that all the same functionality is there but just in a larger font- which is cumbersome to navigate. This does not seem like a value add. Disappointed that resources were prioritized here vs adding functionally like transferring money to people outside IH via Zelle.

Not sure where to start, but I’ll say this, Chime, SoFi and CashApp is looking better and better with each passing day.

The app never works!
The app never works 90% of the time. It either tells me that there is an “application error” or the screen just times out. I will close out of the screen a million and one times, I uninstalled and installed the about 100 times and still… I am never able to use the able. I have to try and find a back way to view my funds. The app is HORRIBLE.

Unusable
Pretty unusable created account on personal computer and still won’t let me log in, I don’t believe this is user error. Extremely hard to deal with and makes you go through third party website to make payments. If you can please stay away!
