App doesn’t work
Device requires app to work with its blue tooth. The app requires a login. When I try to create a login the app says server error, contact support.
App stopped working
I’ve tried logging in and it won’t let me. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and that didn’t work. I’ve tried going to forgot my password and then it shuts me out of the app every time.
Joke
Scale won’t sync, randomly adds weigh ins of 375lbs when I’m not even near the scale which throws the percentages crazy. It’s useless.
Contacted support (well tried to) 4 different times. Never got any response and there’s no way to get ahold of anyone.

App constantly shuts down
App opens.. then 2 seconds later, closes… repeatedly. Not too accurate on steps or sleep. App worked ok for a few days and now it just won’t open. Hate to delete and reinstall because I’ll lose what info I already have on it but it’s not any good like this. About to say… junk.

This app is helpful with me trying to be healthier! Other apps cost more and do less. Great find!

What an app! Works with Apple health and allows me to track all my vitals across so many different devices. I have the scale and the band, and they both work so seamlessly with this app. Looking forward to what other products they are coming out with that I can purchase and use with this app. Highly highly recommend this app!!
