new name new problems

it was working perfectly for months and then when i updated it and it changed its name to syncflow, nothing works at all

Worst app

It reads all data and does not upload the data to health app correctly

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the sync did not work correctly for you. I’m actively improving sync reliability, including cases where data does not appear in Apple Health as expected. If you’re willing, please send the affected data types and dates through the Feedback Form or Feedback Email in the app’s Settings so I can investigate your case more closely. I appreciate you reporting this, and I’m continuing to improve the app.

Bro

You have to sync it everyday and if u don’t at the end of the day it doesn’t add the info from that day

Response from developer

Thanks for the report. In v2.3.0, I improved re-sync behavior so recent-day data is less likely to be missed if you cannot sync at exactly the end of the day. Please try the latest version, and if it still happens, contact me via Settings > Feedback in the app.

Only thing missing is heart rate

It’s a good app, but it’s missing One thing. Heart rate. Still useful although that.

I’m hear putting you on

The goat what I wrote cause fire and smoke

Response from developer

Thanks for the review. I’m not sure I understand the issue from the text—could you email me a quick screenshot or details so I can help? sync.health.app@gmail.com
