Such a terrible app LOL

Not going to mention the same DISGUSTING issues brought by this IHP developer team described in other users’ comments again.

Just for those users like me facing problems login or send OTP, you can try logging from a browser (Google IHP and enter their website). From there you can login via SingPass and won’t need any OTP.

Cannot view e-card

Totally no e-card shown, how possible to visit panel without e-card? Even no reply from customer service on this issue.

Bad app

Can't even get an OTP for months now and nobody seems to have a clue on how to fix it. Resetting password, try again and wait for tech help are their repeated ongoing customer service solutions.

App just quits when I click on the Submit Claim button. Surprised that one of the most important functions can throw up such a bug.
