Does not work with password manager
Does not integrate properly with iOS operating system’s password storage and retrieval mechanism, meaning, you have to go searching for the password every time. This, coupled with IHSS’s insistence on periodic password changes — contrary to NIST recommendations — makes this app extremely annoying to use.

What will it take to fix this app?? One would imagine something that is critically needed and important for one’s employment would’ve been addressed promptly. yet it seems no matter how many complaints people make, they seem to go unheard till this day.

won’t update app
I tried to log out from my provider after a successful log in earlier today. When ai went to log out, it said I had to update the app. Except it circles back saying I need to update the app before I can update the app. Aargh. Which means I’ll get a nasty gram saying I must log out to be paid when I manually correct it with payroll services. Aargh!

App says I can't use it unless I update, but there is no new version. I've deleted it & reinstalled only to get the same message.
Worst app
If I can rate a zero I would. I can never just log in or out. There’s always an issue. Most of the time I have to turn my phone completely off then on which takes sometimes 3-5 minutes for all my apps to work. Very unreliable.
Government at its finest
There isn’t a single thing about the app that is user friendly. It locks up so you have to delete the app and re-download it every couple times you use it. It could not be more inconvenient.
There is no auto log in for this app?
Why this app doesn’t have Face ID or Touch ID enabled?

One star is too many
The app is useless: the size of the UI about 10 times of the iPhone screen and it can not be adjusted.

Worst app ever. Whenever I’m filling out my timesheet, it always kicks me out whenever I save my hours. So annoying.

Started out good, now I can’t use it.
Horrible
It doesn’t remember the password once in a while I have to delete the entire app and uploaded in order to sign in or sign out. This is ridiculous. It’s really Frustrating.

It’s waste of time and space on your phone ,there is not use to check in and out deletes the time you check in or out you still need to go the the postal to submit your time horrible app
