App Terrible
I downloaded the app several times on my iPad, however each time it asked did I want to log in with my ii account credentials, but the keyboard to type it in never appeared . I also do not find the actual ii platform user friendly absolutely terrible compared to AJ Bell and when you ring up you keep getting different answaers

Push notifications stoped working
I used to find the app really useful however for some reason push notifications have stopped working. Settings already show notifications switched on so I’ve tried turning my phone on and off. Ive also re-downloaded the app and created a new profile however after waiting a couple days I can no longer see any of my transactions or get any notifications therefore making the app pretty useless now.

I wish I could review it. I can't even get in, just get a message 'ineligible' with no explanation or help.

Keeps logging you out
Sick of having to sign in to apps constantly. Any time an app logs me out more than once a year gets 1 star for me. Password requirements are surely strong enough now that I don’t need to be logged out of my own phone. You’re obviously not confident in your own security. x to keep my logged in for a mere 30 days isn’t good enough.
