This app has made renewing tags a breeze and much, much less stressful. I love the convenience and ease of using it rather than having to wait in a queue to get seen at a courthouse.

Worthless

Absolutely worthless app. Action item showing overdue plate registration despite having paid in 2025 on time due to issuance of newly redesigned Personalized plates. Then the even more worthless chatbot can’t locate my registration. No way to clear the “Action Item” that’s incorrect, can’t find info via plate, no way to look up vehicle by VIN. Completely. Worthless.
