Missing a lot of important features
This ikea app falls short in many categories.
I placed an order and cannot track it.
There’s is no chat option
I added my ikea wallet number and it does not recognize it.
Cannot pay online or via the app if the credit card is not Qatar issues.
If all above are fixed, a 5 star would be earned.

The app shows all the products and services but hanged a lot strops a lot annoying even when I try to pay on line takes very long time and didn’t proceed to payment really needs improvement

The app is very user friendly and very comfortable to use. It's very helpful as availability and other options for the item I would like to purchase is readily available l.

I had a very bad, extremely frustrating time using the IKEA App.
Can't even begin to explain what I went through.... It took me 2-3 days to successfully choose my items. Many times the product pictures download, some items on shopping list disappear, just to later reappear again, at stage on Shopping Bag all prices were shown in Arabic numbers, with no option to change it. Then I will leave App.....when used later on, back to normal numbers. When I had to remove some items from list, because only available in store(why not indicate it while selecting items??).... Downloading/ searching circle appears, not change back.....again have to leave site for hours or switch device on and off in order to continue.
Then with check out last night, said my street not in selected area(which was wrong, it is)....couldnt proceed, just to this morning when I tried again, giving exact same info..... I could complete check out. Then again, when I wanted to register for Ikea Family.... 5 times I tried, just whenim halfway or nearly finished, suddenly screen goes blank..... Waited few minutes, stayed blank!!! I gave up, at end just proceed to payment.
If I wasn't so desperate to get the products, honestly I wouldn't have continued!,

And by the way, few times wanted to use option “Talk to staff” - never worked!, Click on it, not functional!!
