Very bad service
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 3 flower vases for Eid, and what I received was completely different from the pictures shown in the app.
I paid QAR 1,520, expecting a certain quality and design, but the actual order was far below expectations.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. The delivery driver said he would come back to collect the items, but he never did. I have been following up on WhatsApp for two days with no reply.
This level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this app.

Late delivery
I got my flowers 3 hours later than the expected time shown in the app! I had to go to an occasion empty handed!

Worst customer service
Customer service in Qatar are the worst’s, I have a complain and there are guy his name Mahmoud hey yelling at me !!! The flowers was small and dirty and I will never use this app again.
