Very bad service
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 3 flower vases for Eid, and what I received was completely different from the pictures shown in the app.
I paid QAR 1,520, expecting a certain quality and design, but the actual order was far below expectations.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. The delivery driver said he would come back to collect the items, but he never did. I have been following up on WhatsApp for two days with no reply.
This level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this app.

I got my flowers 3 hours later than the expected time shown in the app! I had to go to an occasion empty handed!

Worst customer service
Customer service in Qatar are the worst’s, I have a complain and there are guy his name Mahmoud hey yelling at me !!! The flowers was small and dirty and I will never use this app again.

Very bad customer service, I had to remind them to transfer the cancelled order amount of money.
They later transferred it after 22 days. Though the receipt shows that they only transferred it that given day when they told me they did transfer it prior but the bank would take some time.
