Very Bad App
Ikea app is one of the worst app to be used. It very difficult to find the thing I’m looking for. I was looking for something and be cause of this bad app I decided to go to another provider.

Its been two weeks since i wanted to complete my purchase, issues with my existing account, mobile number, family discount offers, and I always receive error when I try to complete the purchase. After contacting customer support and with no support at all other than requesting pictures of the issues I was able to complete the purchase by signing out and continue check out as a guest. Never again.

Closet Design
I called to book an appointment, and I was told to go directly to the branch to design my closet because there’s no booking over the phone. When I went there, I was shocked that I had to wait 4 hours! The reason? Because there’s no booking system, and to book I actually have to visit the branch in person. Honestly, this is too much—where’s the organization, people of “organization”? Are you really with us in 2025?!
What’s the point of the app if you haven’t developed it? What’s the point of the phone then?!
So just to get an appointment, I have to drive an hour or an hour and a half, and then it’s pure luck?
And even the app—when I tried to book through it—it’s stuck, showing only a black screen with a frame, not working at all. I tried from different devices, same issue 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible service in Saudi Arabia
Shame on ikea for failing to deliver products on time. Horrible logistic management. Even after charging a good fee for delivery and assembly per product and being given a 10 day later date, it wasn't delivered on the said date - 2 days later after raising a complaint the the delivery comes 4 hours later than the said time. Utterly horrible

I wish ikea tells before discontinuing any product. I was looking for varierra inserts for spice jars since ages and there is no info about that whether it will restock or they have discontinued. Then i was looking for Malskytt desk top. Same situation no info website was saying out of stock out of stock. When i entered my mail for restock notification then after couple of months i got email sorry we have discontinued. I wish you announce atleast a month before discontinuing a product.

I am extremely disappointed with IKEA’s delivery service. I placed an order expecting it to arrive on the scheduled date, but they have now postponed the delivery three times without any clear explanation. Each time, I adjust my plans accordingly, only to be left waiting again.
This constant rescheduling has completely disrupted my plans, and IKEA’s lack of communication and reliability is frustrating. If they cannot meet their delivery commitments, they should not offer scheduled delivery dates in the first place. I expected better from such a large company.
I would not recommend relying on IKEA’s delivery service if you need your order on time.
