تعبت وانا احاول اسجل ويقول بيرسل كود otp عشر مرات ولا يرسل لي يعني ماقدر اطلب لان ماقدر اسوي حساب والتواصل فقط عن طريق الوتساب والرد يكون آلي يعني رفعة ضغط على الفاضي

عندي ملاحظه كنتو توصلو مجانا اذا المبلغ 100 ريال فما فوق اشتريت ب 111 لاحظت التوصيل بفلوس وحنا تبعد اقل من كيلو متر من الصيدليه

تم توصيل طلب مع نقص احد الادوية، حاولت التواصل لمدة ٣ ايام بدون فائدة.. ارسلت على الواتساب .. الرد آلي ولايوجد طريقة للتواصل مع خدمة العملاء. في الاخير تم اقفال الطلب بدون توصيل الدواء الناقص أو إعادة المبلغ.
