Defaulting to gluten free bread leads to a lot of misorders, especially when ordering for groups
Good start needs work
Wish more locations were on here. Got a promotional card at a location that isn’t available. Would love to be able to see the whole menu. Would also like a search function for sandwiches to look for ingredients.

My favorite is Alex maxx. Always satisfies my craving for best sandwich in town plus excellent service.

This is such a frustrating app, no matter what I put in I get the same result, a message saying “data could not be read because it’s not in the correct format”. It worked one time (out of dozens) and all I did was change the tip, but even trying that again didn’t work.

The app itself is ok... Not slick and shiny but does the job.
But why provide pick up times, if they run 10-15 minutes behind the time you entered for pick up (from the time table they supply)???
I could have walked in, orders and been out the door just as fast as using the app.

Love the sandwiches, don't mind the UI but my only request would be just to update the app for the 6/ 6 plus resolutions!
Mostly works
Except you have to make a new account totally from scratch, even if you already have one. There's literally no "log in" option.
Totally ancient, totally perfect
Love it. Super simple and gets the job done. People complaining about it's out-of-date UI, ask yourselves how much a sandwich shop has to spend on an iOS developer. Anyway, I kinda like the throwback UI and it DOES work, so: 5 stars.

Its okay for an app, just to get things done, but athestically pleasing i dont think so. Its a bit laggy, with fuzzy low quality graphics.

This app doesn't have all the locations! There's a fat sign in the local Ike's saying to get the app and order using it, but it doesn't seem like that's possible
Oakland support please!
I second Tyler S! They told me the same thing- use the app, yet Oakland isn't even an option! Don't bother downloading if you're hoping to order from the Oakland location. You won't be able to even view their menu. I'll be happy to change my rating once Oakland support is added!

I signed up online, but alas, no emails or sandwich deals have come my way... Bummer because I'm in love with Ike's.
