Not very functional
This app is pretty much a waste of time. We’re staying here currently and the app’s functionality is pretty much non-existent.
The menus are not up-to-date, so you arrive at the restaurant and find that the thing you wanted isn’t on there. Plus, instead of building in e-concierge and ordering for example room service and poolside snacks to this app, you have to scan a separate QR code in your room for room service and order with a waiter at the pool (and wait an INORDINATE amount of time for your drinks).
They could have done so much more with this app by building in that functionality but they just haven’t bothered and instead it’s basically just an ad for the various hotels’ features.

Useless App
The app is useless, I am unable to login to make reservations. Given this is supposed to be a premium hotel and experience, and the importance of booking reservations in advance the app is disappointing. Won’t book Ikos again as a result.
Ikos Aria husband’s 60th
Absolutely amazing hotel, fabulous customer service, great food, attentive and hardworking staff. They really made my husband’s birthday super special. We had a fantastic time, already looking at booking next year!!
Exceptional Ikos
Our visit time to Ikos at Porto Petra and we have been completely blown away by everything. The standards and service are another level. Can’t speak more highly of the staff who are all incredible and really do make your stay even more special. We still have a full day left in this wonderful result and making every moment count. We will definitely be returning and have already told all our family and friends how incredible this place is! Muchas Gracias

Decent app which does the job
No Reservations since new update
Since the new update there is no access to future hotel reservations / dinner reservations /Tesla reservations. Please sort this as going soon and want to access my reservations

Awful App.
It doesn’t work. I’ve logged in but can’t see my restaurant reservations or bookings. Wasted 30 mins fiddling around with this before giving up.

Come on Ikos for such a great resort you need to put a bit more effort into the app!

Latest update fails
Now have no access to ‘My Stay’
Update is worse
Just updated and now our restaurant reservations for our stay have disappeared. Under ‘My stay’ there’s now just a broken logo for legal notices and no other links
Terribly frustrating
It takes soooooo many clicks to do anything. The restaurant booking system is awful and normally results in no availability. Please do better, use some of the 15k I gave you for 10 days holiday x
What a terrible app!
Given how easy it is to create apps these days, and how premium the hotel is - I am so confused why they haven’t invested more in this. They’d save so much concierge and receptionists time if you could do it on the app!
Some points: the map is TERRIBLE and so unhelpful.
Booking fitness classes is so annoying - why when I click “book” does it take me to a list of all activities including paid ones, and I have to scroll down each time. Many gym classes not even on there.
Cancellations not properly shown.
All in all I was excited to be able to manage the week through the app, nd we are in a mixed family party and it’s made it a lot harder and more stressful as the app info is never right.

When i open app, a blank screen appears
Unusable App
I wanted to use the app to book restaurants ahead of our holiday. Unfortunately, having installed the update, it has lost my login and reservation details.
When I tried to login again today, the App just hangs with the Ikos logo flashing.
Your app is letting you down, a truly 1 star experience for a 5 star hotel chain. Please do better!

Deary me. How is it possible to create such a rubbish app?
App won’t open anymore
App starts go work then stops on a white screen .there are 6 of us travelling to one of the hotels and all 6 of us can’t use the app any more .
We have all deleted and reinstalled app but still doesn’t work.
