Not an online bank!
I have all the correct documentation, attempted the account set up three times. The service centre has reset it several times and now tell me I have to visit their branch to open an account. π€£
For a bank whose selling point is being online this is not the best start. Deleted the application and moved onto another bank.

Best banking app
This is the most useful, accessible and simple banking app I have experienced- I love the hasala feature!
Customer service
The app is full of bugs and keeps showing errors when I try to make transfers. Customer support is unhelpful and only gives generic replies without actually solving anything. Very disappointing experience.
